Excellent painters and incredibly professional service! Michael responded promptly and clearly communicated a plan for getting my front steps and patio repaired and repainted.
He takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. My front steps were in bad shape-- it had been a decade since they were last repaired and the paint was peeling and cracked. Michael and his team took the time to repair all the cracks in the cement and carefully power washed the steps and porch. After several days of work Michael and his team made my steps look brand new! I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend his service and will definitely work him again for all my future painting projects.

Mike..is..awesome! We needed a bunch of work done to a house we recently purchased and needed the work done in a very tight timeframe. Mike came in and demo'd a half wall and put up a floor to ceiling wall in a loft area. He removed SO ...MUCH...WALLPAPER then patched the walls and painted everything beautifully. He was patient with us and willing to talk through any questions we had. Mike put in many, many, many hours to get the job done on time. We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to working with him again as we get settled in the new house.

We recently hired Michael Howard of New Solutions Home Renovations to stain a cedar fence. He and his coworker did an excellent job. Michael was very easy to work with and ensured that we were happy throughout the process and with the final result. He is detail-oriented and very personable. When our preferred stain was not available he took his time explaining other options and helped us select another one that matched our existing stained cedar perfectly.
